These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") apply to the Salood mobile application (the "App"), published by Alexis HOYEZ - Micro-entreprise Also Prod, reachable at support@also-prod.fr.

By creating an account, ticking the Terms acceptance box, signing in, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you purchase a paid offer, the Terms of Sale also apply.

1. Purpose of the App

Salood is an entertainment app offering themes, questions, dares, forfeits, social features and content related to games played between users.

The word "sip" does not necessarily mean consuming alcohol. At the players' discretion, it may refer to any symbolic or non-alcoholic alternative.

The App is not a medical service, a safety service or a service intended to organise risky activities.

2. Scope

This profile is drafted for use of the App in the United Kingdom. It applies subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules or other local law applicable in the United Kingdom.

If any provision of these Terms is incompatible with a mandatory right you enjoy as a consumer in the United Kingdom, that mandatory rule will prevail.

3. Access conditions, legal age and responsible use

3.1 Adults only

The App is intended for adults. You declare that you have reached the legal age applicable in the United Kingdom, or in your actual place of residence, to use this type of application and, where relevant, to consume alcohol.

3.2 Responsible use

You agree to use the App carefully and responsibly. In particular, you must not use the App:

• while driving, working or carrying out any activity requiring full attention;
• in circumstances that create a risk to your safety or that of others;
• in breach of applicable law.

Excessive alcohol consumption is harmful to your health. The App does not promote excessive drinking and you may always choose a symbolic or non-alcoholic alternative.

4. User account

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.

You are responsible for actions carried out from your account, unless they result from a fault attributable to the publisher.

You must notify us without delay of any unauthorised use at support@also-prod.fr.

5. Social features, user content and moderation

The App may allow you to create or manage content, including custom themes, custom questions, friend requests, groups, leaderboards and other community interactions.

You agree not to:

• publish, import or share unlawful, violent, hateful, defamatory, discriminatory or rights-infringing content;
• impersonate another person;
• circumvent technical limitations, scrape, disrupt or attack the service.

You warrant that you hold the rights required for the content you create or import.

The publisher may remove content, restrict certain features, suspend or delete an account in the event of a breach of these Terms, abuse, fraud or a risk to the security of the service.

6. Paid features

Some premium features are available through subscriptions or in-app purchases.

Information on price, duration, renewal, any free trial, cancellation and refunds is provided:

• in the App;
• in the relevant Store terms;
• in the Terms of Sale.

7. Personal data

The processing of your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

The publisher does not sell your personal data.

8. Availability and service changes

The publisher uses reasonable efforts to keep the App available, but does not guarantee continuous or error-free access.

The App may be suspended, limited or changed for maintenance, security, compliance, technical evolution or product improvement reasons.

9. Intellectual property

The App, its code, interface, texts, visuals, sound elements, databases and other protected content remain reserved unless otherwise stated.

Any unauthorised reproduction, representation, substantial extraction, adaptation or exploitation is prohibited.

10. Liability

You use the App voluntarily and remain responsible for your choices, your behaviour and the context in which you play.

To the extent permitted by law, the publisher cannot be held liable for:

• dangerous, unlawful or inappropriate use of the App;
• decisions made by players during a game;
• temporary unavailability, network incidents or bugs outside its control;
• indirect loss or loss of opportunity.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any mandatory consumer right or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded in the United Kingdom.

11. Suspension, closure and account deletion

You may stop using the App at any time and request deletion of your account where that functionality is available.

When an account is deleted, the service currently performs a soft delete of the user account, anonymises the e-mail address and username, deletes the password hash and revokes active sessions.

This operation does not necessarily, by itself, erase all technical, contractual, support, content or audit data already linked to the account.

The publisher may suspend or close your account in the event of a breach of these Terms, fraud, abuse or a risk to service security.

12. Changes to the Terms

These Terms may be amended to reflect developments in the App, regulation or the business model.

If a change is material, you may be asked to accept the updated version in order to continue using all or part of the service.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law, subject to the mandatory rights you enjoy as a consumer in the United Kingdom.

If you encounter any difficulty, we invite you to contact support@also-prod.fr first in order to seek an amicable solution.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive you of any remedy or mandatory protection available under applicable UK law.
