These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") apply to the Salood mobile application (the "App"), published by Alexis HOYEZ - Micro-entreprise Also Prod, reachable at support@also-prod.fr.

By creating an account, ticking the Terms acceptance box, signing in, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms.

1. Purpose of the App

Salood is an entertainment app offering themes, questions, dares, forfeits and social features between users.

The word "sip" does not necessarily refer to an alcoholic drink. It may be any symbolic or non-alcoholic alternative.

2. Scope

This profile is intended for use of the App outside the EU/EEA and outside the United Kingdom, with particular attention to US / international English-speaking usage.

Use of the App remains subject to the mandatory rules of the country, state or territory in which you reside or use the service, where applicable.

3. Access conditions and responsible use

The App is intended for adults under the law applicable where you use it.

You agree to use the App in a careful, fair and non-dangerous manner. You must not use the App in a context that endangers your safety or that of another person.

Excessive alcohol consumption is harmful to your health. The App does not promote excessive drinking.

4. User account

Some features require an account. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.

You are responsible for actions performed from your account, unless they result from a fault attributable to the publisher.

5. User content and moderation

The App may allow you to create or manage content and social interactions.

You agree not to publish unlawful, hateful, violent, defamatory, discriminatory or rights-infringing content, and not to disrupt the operation of the service.

The publisher may remove content, restrict certain features, suspend or delete an account in the event of abuse, fraud, a breach of these Terms or a risk to service security.

6. Paid features

Some premium features are available through subscriptions or in-app purchases. The applicable financial conditions are provided in the Terms of Sale, in the App and in the terms of the relevant Store.

7. Personal data

The processing of your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Availability and changes

The publisher uses reasonable efforts to keep the App available, but does not guarantee permanent, uninterrupted or error-free access.

The App may evolve, be maintained, be suspended or be limited for technical, security, compliance or product improvement reasons.

9. Intellectual property

The App and its protected content remain reserved. Any unauthorised reproduction, representation, adaptation or exploitation is prohibited.

10. Liability

You use the App voluntarily and at your own risk.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher cannot be held liable for dangerous or unlawful use of the App, decisions made by players during a game, or certain indirect loss, loss of opportunity or temporary service unavailability.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded in the jurisdiction concerned.

11. Account deletion

You may stop using the App at any time and request deletion of your account where that functionality is available.

The currently implemented process includes a soft delete of the user account, anonymisation of the e-mail address and username, deletion of the password hash and revocation of active sessions.

This operation does not necessarily, by itself, erase all technical, contractual, support, content or audit data already linked to the account.

12. Changes to the Terms

These Terms may be amended at any time to reflect changes in the service, regulation or the business model.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law, subject to any mandatory rules that may apply in your jurisdiction.
