This Privacy Policy describes how Salood collects, uses, stores and protects your personal data when the App is used in the United Kingdom.

2. Scope
This policy applies to processing linked to use of the App, related services, subscriptions, notifications and communications connected to the account.
The App is intended for adults.
3. Personal data processed
Depending on your use of the App, we may process:
3.1 Identification and account data
- e-mail address;
- username / nickname;
- password stored in hashed form;
- selected avatar;
- language, country_code and accepted Terms version;
- account and gameplay preferences.
3.2 Usage and community data
- custom themes, custom questions and other content created by you;
- friend requests, groups, interactions, badges, statistics, leaderboards, referrals and other actions linked to your use of the service;
- technical history relating to activation or synchronisation of premium rights.
3.3 Technical and security data
- IP address;
- logs, timestamps, session metadata and internal identifiers;
- platform, locale and technical data necessary for the service to operate.
3.4 Subscription data
- product or subscription identifier;
- chosen duration, status, start, expiry, trial and renewal dates;
- technical identifiers transmitted by Apple, Google and/or RevenueCat.
We do not receive your full banking details.
3.5 Notification and communication data
- push token, platform and locale, where you enable notifications;
- the status of your marketing and push preferences.
3.6 Support and transactional e-mails
- e-mail address and the content of your requests;
- data strictly necessary for password reset;
- technical traces linked to transactional e-mails.
4. Sources of the data
Data comes from:
- you;
- your device or operating system;
- Apple / Google platforms and RevenueCat for the technical management of subscriptions;
- use of the App itself and security or audit events generated.
5. Purposes and legal bases
We process your data in order to:
- create, manage and secure your account;

- provide the App's features;

- manage in-app purchases, subscriptions, free trials, validations and subscription synchronisation;
Legal basis: performance of the contract and compliance with legal obligations.
- send transactional e-mails;

- record and honour your communication preferences and send push notifications where you have enabled them;

- prevent fraud and abuse, ensure traceability and defend our rights;

6. Recipients and transfers
Depending on the case, your data may be accessible to:
- OVH or the hosting infrastructure in use;
- Apple App Store, Google Play Store and RevenueCat for subscriptions;
- Expo or the technical services necessary to send notifications;
- Brevo (SMTP) for certain transactional e-mails;
- technical providers, advisers or competent authorities where necessary.
Some data may be processed outside the United Kingdom. Where necessary, we intend to rely on an appropriate transfer mechanism recognised by applicable law, including an adequacy decision or suitable contractual clauses.
7. UK representative
If the UK GDPR requires the appointment of a representative in the United Kingdom in light of the activity actually carried out in that jurisdiction, that representative's details will need to be provided in the App, on the website or in an updated version of this policy.
In the absence of such an express statement, this policy does not constitute confirmation that a separate representative has already been appointed.
8. Retention
We retain data for periods proportionate to the purposes pursued, in particular:
- account data: for as long as the account remains active;
- proof of Terms acceptance and sensitive audit events: for as long as useful for security and evidence;
- password reset codes: a very short validity period, currently up to 15 minutes;
- push tokens: for as long as they remain technically associated with your account, or until invalidation, replacement or revocation; as of today, withdrawing consent blocks the sending of notifications but does not automatically erase a token already stored;
- subscription and support data: for as long as useful for performing the service, handling complaints and complying with legal obligations;
- account deletion: soft delete of the user account, anonymisation of the e-mail address and username, deletion of the password hash and revocation of sessions; this operation does not necessarily, by itself, erase all technical, contractual, support, content or audit data already linked to the account;
- logs: for as long as necessary for security, evidence, diagnostics and compliance.
9. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures, including:
- encrypted communications through HTTPS;
- hashed password storage;
- access controls on infrastructure;
- logging of certain sensitive events.
10. Your rights
To the extent the UK GDPR or other applicable UK law grants you rights, you may in particular have:
- a right of access;
- a right to rectification;
- a right to erasure;
- a right to restriction;
- a right to object;
- a right to portability;
- a right to withdraw consent for processing based on consent.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
