Terms of Sale - Salood - United Kingdom Profile

Master English version: UK-1.0.0
Last updated: March 14, 2026

These Terms of Sale govern paid offers made available in the Salood mobile application for use in the United Kingdom.

Seller: Alexis HOYEZ - Micro-entreprise Also Prod, 12 rue d'Alsace, Appartement 142, 59370 Mons-en-Baroeul, France - SIREN 100 128 099 - Contact: support@also-prod.fr.

1. Paid offers

The App may in particular offer:

The essential characteristics, duration, price and applicable conditions are those displayed in the App and confirmed by the Store at the time of purchase.

2. Price, taxes and currency

Prices are those displayed in the App and confirmed by the Store. They may vary depending on currency, local taxation, country or Store policy.

3. Purchase and payment

Purchases are made through:

Payment is collected by the relevant Store. The publisher does not have access to your full bank details.

The App may use RevenueCat to verify and synchronise the status of your premium rights.

4. Start of performance and premium access

The digital service begins once the Store confirms the purchase and premium rights are synchronised in the App.

Premium rights are synchronised through the technical mechanisms of the App and the relevant Store. As of the present version, the App does not guarantee the presence of a standalone restore purchases feature in its interface.

5. Free trial, automatic renewal and cancellation

Where a free trial is offered, the eligibility conditions and the date of the first future charge are displayed before purchase confirmation.

Unless the Store indicates otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

Cancellation of a subscription purchased through Apple or Google mainly takes place in your Store account settings or in the subscription management interface made available by the Store.

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for.

6. Withdrawal rights and immediate supply

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you may in principle benefit from any withdrawal period applicable to distance contracts.

However, for digital content or a digital service supplied immediately, that right may be lost if you expressly request immediate performance before the end of the applicable period and acknowledge the legal or Store-related consequences of doing so.

The Stores may collect these consents at the time of purchase.

7. Refunds

Refund requests are often handled in practice through Apple or Google, under their own procedures and policies.

This does not deprive consumers of any mandatory rights available under applicable UK law.

8. Conformity and consumer rights

If a lack of conformity of the digital service is alleged, you may contact support@also-prod.fr so that we can assess the situation and direct you to the appropriate solution under applicable law.

Mandatory consumer rights under applicable UK law remain reserved.

9. Customer obligations

You agree to:

10. Complaints

For any question or complaint relating to a paid offer, you may write to support@also-prod.fr.

To help us process the matter, please specify where possible the account e-mail address, platform, relevant offer, approximate purchase date and any useful proof.

11. Amicable dispute resolution

We invite you to contact us first for any difficulty.

If an ADR or other amicable dispute resolution mechanism is required or available under the law applicable to your situation, the relevant information may be provided for the specific case after a prior written complaint.

12. Suspension or deletion of an account

In the event of fraud, abuse, unlawful use or a breach of the Terms, the publisher may restrict, suspend or delete access to the account.

Such a measure does not automatically give rise to a refund, subject to applicable mandatory rules.

13. Liability

The publisher uses reasonable efforts to ensure the service operates properly, but does not guarantee continuous and error-free availability.

Nothing in these Terms of Sale excludes any mandatory consumer right or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded in the United Kingdom.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law, subject to the mandatory rights you enjoy as a consumer in the United Kingdom.

You are invited to contact support@also-prod.fr first in order to seek an amicable solution.
